Free test of an accessible under-hood battery
Service Description
We perform a basic battery test when the battery is safely accessible under the hood. The free check includes a visual inspection of the battery and terminals and an electronic battery test. It does not include removing vehicle components, accessing batteries under seats or in the trunk, charging-system diagnosis, starter or alternator diagnosis, parasitic-draw testing, electrical diagnosis or repairs. If additional testing is recommended, we will explain it and obtain your approval before any diagnostic charges.
Cancellation Policy
Booking an appointment reserves a vehicle check-in or drop-off time; it does not guarantee immediate service or a specific completion time. Diagnostic services start at $138 and cover initial testing. Additional diagnostic time, parts and repairs require customer approval and are charged separately. Diagnostic charges cover technician time and testing and still apply if repairs are declined. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
