Appointments / Booking
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We recommend scheduling in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability.
How do I book a detail?
Click “Book Online” in the menu on our website and select your package (Interior, Exterior, Interior + Exterior Bundle, Premium), select any additional add-ons you want, choose an available date and time, fill out the form, pay the $50 deposit, and you're done! You can also call us directly for assistance!
How long does a detail take?
The time a detail takes depends on the vehicle, the service selected / bought, and any additional add-ons that may have been added.
For example:
An Exterior Detail on a 4-door sedan may take about an hour
But an Exterior Detail for a van may require 2 hours.
How Do The Drop-offs and Overnights Work?
When you leave your vehicle to be detailed, the actual detailing is performed in the evening, regardless if you drop off your vehicle at 11AM or 5PM, the work will be preformed in the evening and the vehicle will be ready for pick up the next morning.
Saturdays and Sundays are an exception to this rule. Vehicles may be worked on during the day, regardless of drop off time.
Evening / night pick ups are allowed if you confirm via the phone and as long as the detail package does not exceed over 2 and a half hours.

What is the difference between the different Detailing packages?

Do you offer ceramic coating?
Yes. We offer professional ceramic coating for long-lasting paint protection and gloss.
Do you remove pet hair and heavy stains?
Yes. Pet hair removal and heavy soil treatments are available as add-ons.
What add-ons do you guys offer for exterior?
We offer a variety of add-ons for an exterior detail, they are located below in the pricing section, along with their price.

Do you offer Ceramic Coating services?
Yes! Our Ceramic Coating packages are below in the pricing section, along with what comes with each of those packages.
Protection and Results
Will detailing remove scratches?
Light swirl marks may improve with polishing. Deep scratches may require paint correction services.
How long will the detail last?
Results depend on driving conditions and maintenance. We recommend maintenance washes to extend results.
Payments and Policies
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit / debit card providers (VISA and MasterCard) and payments through our online payment portal.
What bookings require a deposit?
As of right now, we are only requiring deposits for Detail bookings (this is subject to change)
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation / reschedule (48 hours is preferred). Failure to arrive at the scheduled time for your appointment may result in loss of your position / place in line, delays in receiving service, and / or loss of deposit (for appointments that require a deposit).
